Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Location: Gahanna, OH, US 43230 Requisition Number: 229364 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.50 per hour until assigned a route. Solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment. Majority work a 4‑Day workweek and no nights or weekends. Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Required: Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation regarding prior employment. All successful candidates will also possess: Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment to meet goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
