This role will focus on recruiting skilled technical and leadership talent, including Data Center Technicians, Data Center Engineers, Data Center Managers, and Data Center Chief Engineers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands data center operational roles, and can manage a high requisition load while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time employment based on business needs and performance.Key AccountabilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles, from intake through offer and start datePartner closely with hiring managers and operations leadership to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce planning needsSource, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience, including technicians, engineers, managers, and chief engineersDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networksMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ideally experience with LeverCoordinate interviews, provide timely candidate feedback, and manage offer processesEnsure a strong candidate experience while maintaining speed, quality, and complianceSupport hiring surges associated with new data center builds, expansions, or operational ramp-upsCollaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition team members on process improvements and hiring best practicesRequired Qualifications3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environmentsDirect experience recruiting for data center–related roles, including Data Center Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief EngineersStrong understanding of data center operations, technical skill sets, and shift-based staffing modelsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting data center expansions, new site launches, or large-scale hiring projectsContract or project-based recruiting experienceFamiliarity with recruiting hourly, salaried, and leadership-level technical talentAbility to adapt quickly to changing business prioritiesStaffing agency experience is a plus$35 - $40 an hourThe listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market.
