This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to run the operation, develop their skills fast, and grow within a company that is actively expanding. New to car wash? No problem. Our structured 30‑day fast‑track program certifies you on everything you need — DRB systems, XPT operations, opening and closing procedures, membership sales, and our full MOD standard — before you own the shift.
