Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations and staff, including one compounding technician and one retail technician
- Oversee compounding processes, workflow efficiency, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance service and expand business
- Drive business growth and improve operational performance
- Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, with leadership over all pharmacy activities
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills
- Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in eventual business ownership
