Interventional Radiology Technologist - Hartford, Connecticut

Step into an impactful imaging role supporting a dynamic interventional radiology team. The ideal candidate is skilled in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology cases, with neuro experience being essential.


Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• On-call every other weekend and a rotating weekday call schedule (Monday-Friday)
• One holiday on-call if it falls within contracted dates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology procedures-neuro experience is a must
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-acuity hospital settings
• Ability to adapt to new imaging systems; training provided on EPIC, Synapse, and Startrack (prior knowledge not required)
• Valid ARRT certification and state licensure (as required by law)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other IR team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Support complex vascular and neuro interventional cases from preparation through post-procedure care
• Operate advanced imaging equipment and ensure high-quality imaging results
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care
• Respond immediately and competently to emergent situations while on call
