Tenacity is seeking a full-time Alternate Contract Manager in Fort Benning, GA. Employment under this position is contingent upon Tenacity Solutions' successful award of the contract.

Responsibilities:

The Alternate Contract Manager (ACM) supports the Contract Manager in the day-to-day management and performance of Business Operations Support Services at Fort Benning, Georgia. The ACM performs assigned operational and technical responsibilities while serving as the designated alternate with full authority to act for the Contractor on matters relating to daily contract operations when the Contract Manager is absent or unavailable. Responsibilities include

• Support the Contract Manager in managing daily operations, staffing, schedules, work assignments, deliverables, quality, and customer support.
• Serve as the designated Alternate Contract Manager and assume full authority for daily contract operations during the Contract Manager's absence.
• Maintain sufficient knowledge of contract performance, staffing, priorities, risks, deliverables, and Government requirements to provide seamless management continuity.
• Provide hands-on support and oversight of GFEBS work management activities, including work-order, project, funding, transaction, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Support Annual Work Plan development, execution tracking, resource requirements, funding analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor and assist with ePRISMS, BUILDER SMS, ArMA/cProjects, IT accountability, eMASS, and other applicable Army business and engineering systems.
• Analyze operational, work-management, financial, facilities, and performance data; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review reports, data products, work products, and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance.
• Assist the Contract Manager with implementation and execution of the QCP and monitoring of PWS performance requirements.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and contractor/subcontractor staff to resolve operational issues and maintain continuity of services.
• Assist with personnel training, CAC/network access, required certifications, Army/DoD compliance, and onboarding of replacement personnel.
• Participate in Government meetings and provide operational and technical status information as required.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience.
• 3-5+ years of DOD/Army facilities, financial management, work management, engineering systems, or program operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience Army work-management processes sufficient to contribute to contract performance at contract start.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and resolving data, work-order, project, or financial discrepancies.
• Experience with Army work orders, maintenance operations, project tracking, facilities sustainment, or real-property management.
• Experience analyzing operational and financial data and identifying and resolving data, work-order, project, or funding discrepancies.
• Experience interfacing with Government customers, KOs, CORs, program leadership, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ArMA, cProjects, ePRISMS, BUILDER SMS, eMASS, HQIIS, DAIS, FSM, or GIS.
• Previous Army DPW, IMCOM, or comparable installation-support experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong technical writing/reporting capability.
• Experience briefing Government customers and senior management.
• Demonstrated experience assuming responsibility for an active operational program and maintaining continuity of services, staffing, deliverables, and customer support.

Work Authorization:

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully satisfy applicable DoD/Army personnel suitability, background investigation, CAC, network access, badging, and installation access requirements.

Allocation:

Full time, 40 hours per week, 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday
