Компания развивает собственную LMS, внедряет AI в обучение и создаёт контент и медиа вокруг бренда, развивая его как медиа-образовательную компанию. Задачи: Увеличивать количество брендовых запросов в 2-3 раза за 6-12 месяцев Вести PR-направление от стратегии до реализации Формировать инфоповестку, искать и генерировать инфоповоды Контролировать присутствие компании и конкурентов в инфополе и анализировать результаты PR-кампаний Работать с инфлюенсерами и медийными лицами - от идеи до договорённостей Запускать спецпроекты и коллаборации: видео, стримы, онлайн- и офлайн-события Инициировать публикации и релизы в СМИ, развивать контакты с журналистами Участвовать в создании контента вместе с креаторами и продюсерами Продумывать, как превращать проекты в охват и обсуждение, в том числе с помощью UGC Проверять гипотезы о том, что способствует росту бренда Требования: Опыт работы в PR-агентствах, СМИ, изданиях или блогерских агентствах от 2 лет Опыт реализации проектов с охватом от 1M+ и возможность подтвердить результаты Опыт работы с инфлюенсерами, блогерами или медийными людьми Понимание рынка вертикального контента: TikTok, Reels, Shorts Умение договариваться и доводить коллаборации до результата Умение организовывать размещения в СМИ Понимание, как превратить событие в обсуждение Умение предлагать идеи и быстро ориентироваться в новой аудитории Будет плюсом: опыт в EdTech или работы с подростковой аудиторией Условия: Оклад обсуждается, в дальнейшем возможны бонусы за выполнение KPI Гибкий график без строгого начала и окончания рабочего дня Возможность влиять на процессы и бренд, видеть результат своей работы Бюджет на эксперименты и проекты Полная оплата обучения при необходимости Оформление по договору ИП, налог компенсируют Корпоративные мероприятия #J-18808-Ljbffr Insperia
