Perform comprehensive or focused physical exams. Order appropriate screening and diagnostic studies. Prescribes medications and treatments, as indicated. Provides patient and family education and instructions regarding medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Consults / collaborates with physicians and other allied professionals. Determines if referrals are needed. Keep complete and accurate records in the patients chart. Assures that adequate patient health records are maintained and transferred as required when patients are referred. Participate in the development, execution and periodic review of the written policies governing the services the clinic furnishes Participates with a physician in a periodic review of the patients' health records. Complies with Hospital policies & procedures, as applicable. Complies with regulatory agency standards. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements -Medical Degree from an accredited medical school is required. -Must have successfully completed a residency program. -Two-plus years of experience in field of practice is preferred -Required Licensure and Certifications: Must be board certified and possess a current non-restricted license in Oregon. Must possess current, valid federal and state narcotics certificates.
