Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of current Emergency Room experience (within the past 6 months)
• Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Active ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Active PALS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
• Familiarity with high-acuity emergency department workflows in a teaching hospital environment
