We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Associate - MDM & Endpoint-MDM Intune specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Overview

The Grade 7 – MDM Intune specialist – iOS/Android mobile devices – is overall, would be someone with 6–10 years of IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune , mobile issues in iOS/Android device management, and customer-facing L2 support operations.

• Atleast 2 to 4yr of hands on experience in MDM L2 team supporting on tools mainly Microsoft Intune , AirWatch / Workspace ONE , Micro Focus (OpenText) ZENworks MDM etc.

• Troubleshooting all mobile device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications.

• Provide mobility MDM end user support for iOS/Android mobile devices in Adding or Deleting users from the EMM console, Performing remote device management actions like Device Wipe, Enterprise Wipe, and Password Reset also device enrolment , password, Configuration , Application , Email issues , DEP Enrollment etc.

• Troubleshooting all mobile device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications.

• Provide support in MDM, MAM (mobile email management administration) like Whitelist/Blacklist devices & pushing configuration profiles to the device utilizing the EMM Portal

• Troubleshoot Mobility MDM tasks
