CT Scan Technologist

Location: Chico, CA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with start times of 0700, 1000, or 1900. Weekend rotation is required.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team at a Level II trauma facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CT scanning and be comfortable working weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CT scans efficiently and safely according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services, State of California (CRT)
• AART certification
• Fluoroscopy permit
• Current CPR Certification
• At least 2 years of previous CT scanning experience, with GE scanners preferred
• Prior successful completion of traveler assignments
• EPIC EMR experience
