Are you ready to shape the future with us? Job Description As a Die Assembly Tech, you will be responsible for: Assembly crimping dies. Creating labels. Assisting the Die Assembly Team Lead in inventory control. Using basic problem-solving skills. Working closely with the Safety Committee to foster a positive safety culture and to complete safety-related activities. Completing required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements. Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Completing inspections. Administrative duties including daily production reporting related to Productivity, Quality, Material Usage, OEE, etc. Other duties as assigned. This position works on 2nd shift: 12:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Thursday. Pay rate is based on experience: $15.00 – 40.00/hour. The differential for 2nd shift is $2.00/hour! Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – DIE ASSEMBLY TECH

2 years of relevant experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic mechanical experience Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to work with others collaboratively. Strong organizational skills.
