Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, sauces, and other menu items according to recipes and safety standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations and efficient service.
- Inventory Management: Help track inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food items meet our quality standards before they are served to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
