Schedule: Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed for OT)
Pay Range: $24-$30/hour (Depending on Experience)

• 3-Day Weekends: Our standard schedule is four 10-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Enjoy your Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! (Overtime on Fridays is mandatory only when production demands require it).

What You’ll Do (The Craft + The Technology)

In this role, you will be the engine of our production floor, bridging the gap between raw materials, high-tech machinery, and digital project management.

• The Craft: Route, edge-band, and assemble high-end standard and custom cabinetry. You will install specialized structural hardware (Lazy Susans, upswing doors, and custom pullouts) with minimal supervision.
• The Technology: Use our internal Innergy ERP application via shop tablets to track your progress, update project statuses, process work orders, and keep the team aligned.
• Process Improvement: We operate using the Theory of Constraints (TOC) . You will work with the team to identify bottlenecks on the floor and help us continuously improve our workflow.
• Material Handling & Safety: Inspect materials for defects, safely operate shop tools/CNC machinery, and utilize a forklift to move and wrap finished parts to prevent any damage.

What We’re Looking For

• The Woodworking Skillset: Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid background in cabinet construction and terminology. You must be able to read shop drawings/technical plans and calculate shop math (metric system) seamlessly.
• The Tech Comfort-Level: You must be comfortable navigating computers, tablets, or software applications. If you have experience with ERPs, project management apps, or digital tracking on a shop floor, that is a massive plus.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: You enjoy finding smarter, faster, and safer ways to get things done.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts, work in a non-climate-controlled shop (with fans/heaters), and consistently lift up to 70 lbs.
• Reliability: On time, every day, ready for our 6:00 AM team huddle.
