Senior Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $17.75 - $18.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Ability to perform physical work outlined above.
