Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and answer phones efficiently
• Take patient vital signs and assist with blood draws and venipuncture
• Administer vaccines and provide clinical support as needed
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with the healthcare team
• Assist with fee collection and other administrative tasks
• Support health education and outreach initiatives

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship
• Strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy and venipuncture
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred; registered as a Medication Aide highly preferred
• Experience in occupational health and working with patients aged 6 and above preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including specific shifts aligned with coverage needs
• Reliable and committed to providing high-quality patient care
