Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Assist in visual merchandising to highlight promotional items and new arrivals. Stay knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and current promotions. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Passion for home furnishings and a keen eye for design trends.
