What You ll Do:
Provide visionary leadership to the ENT division aligned with strategic goalsOversee clinical, academic, and administrative operationsDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing minimally invasive techniquesLead surgical procedures and expand innovative surgical practices including robotic surgeriesMentor and collaborate with a team of board-certified surgeons and APPsDevelop research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutionsEngage in community outreach to improve healthcare access and reduce disparitiesParticipate in a shared call schedule supported by advanced practice providers and hospitalists
What You Need:
Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience beyond training (not suitable for new graduates)Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsCommitment to excellence, innovation, and compassionate patient care
