Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid state Physical Therapy license (required upon application)
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be present)
• Proven experience providing PT services in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively with PreK through 8th grade students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educational staff and families
• Adaptability and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support student success and access to education
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEPs and student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings as required
• Provide consultative services and training to educational teams as needed
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students

This is a full-time, onsite position during the academic year, with the contract running from early August through late May (exact dates subject to change). The role offers exposure to a broad caseload and the chance to develop meaningful relationships with students and staff.
