Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant OpportunityThe NP/PA will provide comprehensive healthcare services in collaboration with our physician team. This provider will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of conditions, primarily in an outpatient setting, with opportunities to participate in mobile diagnostics and specialty services depending on clinical interests and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and comprehensive assessments.Diagnose acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based clinical judgment.Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, including lab work, EKGs, and imaging.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications.Provide patient education and counseling regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care.Collaborate with physicians, specialists, technicians, and administrative teams for continuity of care.Document all encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EMR system (e.g., eClinicalWorks or equivalent).Monitor treatment response and adjust plans as needed.Practice Scope & EnvironmentSetting: Primarily outpatient with options for hybrid/mobile diagnostic carePatient Population: Adult and geriatric, with occasional adolescent casesSpecialty Services (varies by location): Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Cardiology, Geriatrics, Pain Management, Neurology, and moreAverage Daily Patient Volume: [Insert number, e.g., 15–20 patients]Schedule: [Insert days/hours – e.g., Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with occasional weekends]Support: Dedicated administrative and medical assistant team; on-site diagnostics and lab integrationRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Active and unrestricted New Jersey license (or ability to obtain)Valid DEA registration (or eligibility to apply)BLS and ACLS certificationMinimum 1–2 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or relevant specialty (strongly preferred)Proficiency with EMR documentation and workflow (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with elderly or chronically ill populationsExperience with mobile care or multi-site care deliveryFamiliarity with CMS quality metrics or value-based careBilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
