We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Production Worker / Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help move materials, assist on the production line, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Basic/broken English is accepted —we value a strong work ethic, attendance, and willingness to learn!

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Long-Term)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: 17 to 18 DOE
• Interview needed

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling:
• • Move raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload shipments manually or using hand trucks/pallet jacks.
  • Organize inventory and store materials in designated areas.
• Production Support:
• • Assist on the assembly or production line as needed.
  • Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipping.
  • Inspect products for quality and basic defects.
• Safety & Maintenance:
• • Keep work areas, aisles, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Follow all facility safety rules and guidelines.
  • Report any damaged items or safety concerns to supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or production environment is a plus, but not required (will train).
• Language: Basic or broken English is acceptable (must be able to follow basic instructions and safety signs).
• Physical Demands:
• • Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours a day).
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40–50 lbs regularly.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Work Ethic: Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
