Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction, mining, quarry, or aggregate equipment
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, powertrain components, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and hydraulic or electrical diagrams
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate and move heavy equipment safely; CDL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy mobile equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and diesel engine issues
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns in the field
• Repair or replace components such as engines and hydraulic systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
