Hello from Kids First, We’re offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000** per year, for eligible** candidates. Kids First is expanding — with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states — and we’re currently hiring BCBAs to join our team as we continue increasing services at our Amherst/Buffalo Clinic! Please note: This is an in-person position based out of our Amherst, Buffalo clinic and is not a remote role. We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA’s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA’s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services. At Kids First, we’re committed to supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters most — helping children and families thrive. What You’ll Do: Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18). Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes. Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development. Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
