CT/Radiology Technologist

Location: Mount Pleasant, SC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description: The CT/Radiology Technologist will operate imaging equipment in emergency department settings to perform x-ray and CT examinations while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires proficient documentation of procedures and effective communication within the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and x-ray imaging examinations on patients in the emergency department.
• Ensure patient identification and safety protocols are followed.
• Document procedures accurately in the Meditech documentation system.
• Participate in call rotation as required.
• Function independently while exhibiting critical thinking skills.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS certification.
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification.
• Experience in CT and X-ray imaging.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
