The company is seeking a talented Process Improvement Engineer to design, lead and implement Lean Manufacturing events and Continuous Improvement activities for multiple areas within the company.

As a Process Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for:
Value stream mapping for each manufacturing process in the facility
Manage aspects of Lean / Continuous Improvement activities throughout the plant
Train, teach and coach team members about Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Measure and report on the success of all Continuous Improvement events
Lead 5S initiative
Track and document progress toward goals
Study operations sequence and material flow then determine ways they can be improved Increase efficiencies and thru put
Facilitate team concept through training and support of team leader and team members

Requirements for the Lean Manufacturing Engineer:
A four-year engineering degree
Proven continuous improvement accomplishments
Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
