BarbackThe Barback supports the bar and service teams in delivering a seamless, high-level hospitality experience. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and full operational readiness of the bar while ensuring bartenders and service staff have everything needed for efficient service. The Barback plays a key role in supporting smooth beverage service, maintaining product availability, and contributing to an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.Reports To: General ManagerCore ResponsibilitiesSupport bartenders by restocking glassware, ice, liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes throughout serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service stations, and back-of-house areas before, during, and after serviceAssist with opening and closing mise-en-place, including setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning of bar areasEnsure proper rotation, storage, and organization of all beverage products and suppliesTransport and deliver items between bar, kitchen, and service areas to support efficient workflowMonitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the bar team or managementService & Guest ExperienceEnsure the bar meets the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulationsApproach guest interactions with warmth, confidence, and approachabilityCreate a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable impression for the guests throughout serviceDemonstrate teamwork and support fellow staff during serviceUphold all service standards, reservation notes, and allergy protocolsQualifications:Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality restaurant environments preferred2+ year previous bar experienceAbility to multitask and maintain composure during busy service periodsPassion for hospitality, food, coffee and tea, cocktails, and continued learningAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours), and to crouch, bend, and lift or move with or without reasonable accommodationFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalary: $11.35 per hour with tip creditThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
