This will include code comparisons, design considerations, and process analysis.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Size and design pressure retaining vessels in accordance with ASME Section VIII code* Answer technical questions for co-workers regarding pumps, pressure vessels, piping, and valves* Run process simulations on Promax that will help predict the outcome of different process scenarios* Create Excel programs that will benefit the company in various ways* Run Inventor simulations that will model pressure vessel designs check calculations with the program**JOB REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering* Relevant experience and knowledge required* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel and Word, and AutoCAD/Autodesk program(s))* Make and be responsible for decisions, while following established guidelines, policies, and procedures.* Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.**BENEFITS:*** Competitive Salary* 401(k)/ Retirement savings* Comprehensive Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage)* Career growth* Paid vacation/holidays### About Us**At DNOW we know that our greatest asset is our employees.
