Sport Coordinator Baseball- Hermitage

This is a Weekend-Only Position. Must be over the age of 18 to apply. Responsibilities Set up and maintain high standards for field set up and venue cleanliness Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun Teach & demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Qualifications Must be able to carry 35lbs or more Excellent communication skills Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships Ability to work Saturdays for the full duration of the season, March 21st to May 9th Be sure to opt in to texting so we can reach out to you!
