Night RN Nursing Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Night RN Nursing Supervisor at Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care is delivered 24/7. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our dynamic team in Mount Airy, Maryland. As a Night RN Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on the night shift, providing guidance and support to ensure quality patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

Lead by Example: Provide exceptional patient care and support to the nursing staff on the night shift, demonstrating a strong understanding of patient needs and delivering compassionate care.
Nursing Leadership: Oversee the nursing staff on the night shift, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and that nursing standards are met.
Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to the nursing staff on the night shift, promoting professional growth and development.
Communication: Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

Experience: At least [minimum years of experience] years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Education: [Level of education] degree in Nursing.
License: Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
Shift Work: Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
