Seeking a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial finishing projects including metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and coordination with painting/wall covering trades. This role ensures quality work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carpentry crews on commercial job sites
• Oversee metal stud framing and drywall installation
• Read blueprints and manage layout/installation
• Install ceilings, doors, frames, and hardware
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain workflow
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance
• Monitor quality, schedules, and team performance

Skills/Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience
• Strong metal stud framing and drywall skills
• Blueprint reading and layout experience
• Leadership experience managing crews
• Proficient with hand/power tools (own tools required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
• OSHA, MEWP, or other certifications a plus (or willing to obtain)

Work Environment

Field-based role across commercial job sites in the region (based in Broomall, PA). Standard hours 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with OT available. Hands-on, team-oriented environment focused on quality and safety.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broomall, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
