Rig Operator Primary Responsibilities include ensuring all crew members are at the rig and prepared to work at the scheduled time, being knowledgeable in how to set and release down hole tools, operating the rig and equipment as requested by the company, maintaining productivity standards for all rig functions, ensuring quality products and services are provided to the customer, complying with all safety procedures and ensuring a safe working environment, ensuring efficient maintenance of assigned rig and equipment, and establishing and maintaining a positive work environment for a rig crew.Position Requirements: Rig Operator Job RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of Double Triple Rig experienceMinimum 5+ years of Double Pole Rig experiencePrevious experience as a Pulling Unit Hand, Derrickhand, and Rig Operator in oilfield service/workover operationsStrong knowledge of service/workover rig operations and proceduresKnowledgeable in setting and releasing downhole toolsExperience pulling and running tubing, rods, pumps, and other downhole equipmentExperience operating the rig during tubing, rod, pump, and well-servicing operationsKnowledge of elevators, slips, power tongs, tubing equipment, and other workover rig equipmentAbility to safely rig up, operate, and rig down service/workover equipmentStrong understanding of well-control and pressure-control proceduresAbility to recognize changing well conditions and respond appropriatelyWell Control / Well Servicing Certification preferred or ability to obtainAbility to identify equipment problems and perform basic troubleshooting during operationsAbility to safely operate around suspended loads, high-pressure equipment, and heavy machineryAbility to direct and coordinate Derrickhands and Righands during rig operationsStrong understanding of JSA/JHA procedures, pre-job safety meetings, and stop-work authorityAbility to communicate effectively with the Rig Manager, crew members, pumpers, and other field personnelStrong commitment to safe and efficient rig operationsAbility to work extended hours, weekends, overtime, and changing schedules as operations requireAbility to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in extreme weather conditionsValid Class A CDLAcceptable driving recordAdditional heavy-equipment licenses, endorsements, or certifications preferredPEC SafeLand or equivalent safety training preferredAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checkRELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLEFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-TimePosition: Workover Rig OperatorNumber of Openings: 1Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptOpen Date: 9/29/2026Location: Kamay Yard - NOSAbout the Organization: The Company is a private equity company.This position is currently accepting applications.
