Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic (traveling) EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POSITION TITLE Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic (traveling) DEPARTMENT Field LOCATION Indianapolis, Indiana SALARY RANGE $25 to $40 per hour JOB NUMBER View phone number on click.appcast.io DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor (#3 in ENR) looking for a Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic. Travel will be required. This position can be based anywhere in the United States. The daily work will include: Responsible for all phases of heavy construction equipment repair, maintenance, and overhaul SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum five years’ prior work experience required on a variety of heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, off-road haulers, and loaders. Other job requirements include: Must have own tools A bility to rebuild diesel and gasoline engines a plus Must have valid driver’s license SALARY/BENEFITS An employee’s salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
