• Position Description: The Med Surg Float Pool nurse provides patient care across all inpatient Medical-Surgical units, including step-down and Emergency Department areas for medical-surgical holds.
• Certifications Required: BLS, NIHHS; ACLS and TNCC preferred.
• Education Requirements: No specific degree required beyond licensure.
• Location Requirements: Must have 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Requirements: Strong EPIC proficiency, ability to float between units, compliance with all hospital policies.
