REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care to adult med-surg and rehab patients, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and care-plan coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support safe recovery, functional independence, and discharge planning.
