Dietitian-HYBRIDNutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This opportunity is serving our long-term care community located in Goldsboro, NC for 24 hours/week. HYBRID REMOTE SCHEDULE ALLOWED! Enjoy a flexible schedule, excellent pay and mileage pay available! Position includes:Completing clinical nutrition assessmentsDocumenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR systemCollaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan teamCompleting the MDS - Section KCalculating TFMaking recommendations for wounds and significant wt changesRequirements:Credentialed by the CDRDietetic licensurePositive attitudeClient centeredGood communication skillsTo learn more: Nutrition that Works, LLC has provided Registered Dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.
