What You'll Be Doing

• Manage complex multinational Property & Casualty insurance programs
• Build strong relationships with U.S. and international brokers
• Develop new business opportunities and strategic market partnerships
• Deliver innovative solutions for clients with global exposures
• Collaborate directly with senior international insurance professionals
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives across the organization
• Help identify and capitalize on emerging global opportunities

What We're Looking For

You may be coming from a broker, carrier, MGA, wholesaler, or risk management environment. What matters most is your ambition, technical ability, and desire to grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
• Background in broking, underwriting, account management, or insurance leadership
• Strong knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty products and markets
• Understanding of multinational programs and international placements
• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry designations a plus
