Job description:

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in an office/administrative environment
  • Experience in Medicare and commercial insurance benefit verification
  • DME/HME experience preferred, with intake
  • Preference given to bilingual "English/Spanish"
  • High level of comfort on the phone
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with computers, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Friendly/outgoing personality and a passion for helping people and a positive attitude
  • Good attendance is a must!
  • Adaptable to change
  • Team player
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
