COBOL DeveloperWe're hiring a COBOL Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.Skills & Qualifications:Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenshipExperience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, and SQL6 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experienceFamiliarity with DB2 and Java is a plusKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain application systemsConduct systems testing and troubleshoot issuesCollaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverablesParticipate in on-call rotation after 3 monthsEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldDegree Equivalency: 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in a related fieldIdeal Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and SQL, along with a strong background in application development and systems testing. They should be able to collaborate effectively with team members and participate in an on-call rotation.
