Are you a Licensed Vocational Nurse looking for ultimate flexibility without the headache of 1099 taxes? StellarCare Staffing is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. We believe in providing elite clinical support while giving our providers the freedom to balance their professional and personal lives.

The Role

As a PRN LVN with StellarCare, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, helping them maintain health, comfort, and independence.

You pick the coverage areas and the days you want to work-we handle the rest.

What You'll Do

Provide Skilled Nursing Care

Deliver nursing services in accordance with the patient's plan of care, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and disease management support.

Support Patient Independence

Reinforce education provided by the RN and assist patients and caregivers in managing chronic conditions and daily healthcare needs.

Monitor Patient Status

Observe, document, and promptly report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN and physician as appropriate.

Documentation

Complete timely and accurate visit notes and required clinical documentation through our EMR system.

Collaborate

Work closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the StellarCare clinical team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Requirements

What You Bring

Credentials

Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program with a current, unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; Home Health experience preferred.

Reliability

Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and dependable transportation.

Tech-Savvy

Comfort with electronic documentation, mobile communication, and EMR systems.

Clinical Skills

Strong patient care, communication, and observation skills with the ability to work independently while following RN supervision requirements.

Compliance

Ability to practice within LVN scope of practice and agency policies, as well as state and federal regulations governing home health services.
