This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate and their ability to produce results.What You'll DoProspect and develop new commercial insurance accountsService and retain existing commercial clientsBuild strong relationships with business owners and decision-makersConduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to better protect clientsWork closely with our team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceMaintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance requirementsCompensationCompensation will be customized based on:Experience and track recordExisting network and book of businessSales ability and production levelsIndustry knowledge and licensingBase salary plus commission.
