This full-time, contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year and focuses on working with ESN (Extensive Support Needs) students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current and active California Moderate/Severe Education Specialist Credential (required)
• Demonstrated experience with ESN or moderate/severe student populations
• Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Solution-oriented mindset and adaptability to different classroom situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to support student growth and achievement
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure student needs are met
• Incorporate assistive technology and differentiated learning techniques as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and consistently uphold confidentiality and compliance standards
• Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development

In this position, hourly compensation ranges from $40 to $60 depending on experience and certifications, offering competitive pay for dedicated educators.
