Associate Dentist

Location: Chelmsford, Wilmington, Southborough, MA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) - (No weekends & No on-call)

Patient Population

Adolescents and adults
Limited pediatric patients

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join a well-established outpatient dental practice with multiple locations in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality patient care, building lasting patient relationships, and working collaboratively with an experienced clinical team. This opportunity offers a modern practice environment, strong clinical support, and an established patient base.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and present individualized treatment plans.
Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures.
Perform crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and other general dentistry procedures.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care.
Review diagnostic imaging and formulate appropriate treatment recommendations.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure quality patient care.
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Massachusetts Dental License or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience in general dentistry preferred.
New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
