Part-time Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/MT/MLS) position in Madison, Wisconsin for an 8-week assignment. Travel professionals will receive up to $1,500 per week and competitive pay 13% above market average. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely laboratory testing, including blood bank, microbiology, chemistry, and hematology procedures
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and hospital standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and timely test result reporting
• Execute proper specimen collection, handling, and processing procedures, demonstrating strong phlebotomy skills
• Document all testing activities and maintain precise records to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of approved medical laboratory technician training program
• ASCP certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of generalist laboratory experience, including strong phlebotomy and blood bank skills
• Ability to work night shifts
