Experienced Residential Hvac Service Technician

Summary TheResidentialServiceTechnicianisresponsiblefordiagnosing,repairing,andmaintainingresidentialsystemsandequipment,suchasHVACunits,appliances,andplumbingsystems.Thetechnicianensuresthatallservicesareperformedefficiently,safely,andincompliancewithcompanystandardsandlocalregulations.Thisrolerequiresstrongtechnicalskillsandacommitmenttoprovidingexcellentcustomerservice. KeyResponsibilities DiagnosticsandRepairs DiagnoseandtroubleshootissueswithresidentialHVACsystems,appliances,plumbing,andotherhomesystems. Performrepairsandreplacementsoffaultycomponents,includingcompressors,motors,thermostats,andcontrolsystems. Utilizediagnostictoolsandequipmenttoidentifyandresolvesystemmalfunctions. PreventiveMaintenance Conductroutinepreventivemaintenanceonresidentialsystemstoensureoptimalperformanceandlongevity. Inspectandcleanequipment,checkrefrigerantlevels,andreplacefiltersandotherconsumables. Maintaindetailedrecordsofmaintenanceactivitiesandrecommendanynecessaryfollow-upservices. CustomerService Communicatewithcustomerstounderstandtheirserviceneedsandprovideprofessionalandcourteousservice. Addresscustomerinquiriesandconcernspromptlyandeffectively. Providerecommendationsforsystemupgradesorimprovementsbasedoncustomerneedsandsystemassessments. DocumentationandReporting Maintainaccuraterecordsofallserviceandrepairactivities. Prepareandsubmitservicereports,includingdetailsofworkperformed,partsused,andrecommendationsforfutureservice. Updatecustomerinformationandservicehistoryinthecompany’sCRMsystem. Qualifications Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;technicalorvocationaltrainingpreferred. Payisbasedonexperience #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunstall Inc.
