We’re looking for a driven Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys solving real-world problems, troubleshooting equipment, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

You’ll lead engineering projects focused on developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and equipment , while working closely with Maintenance, Production, and other engineering teams to improve safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes using proven problem-solving methods.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work hands-on with Maintenance and Production to diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Design and run experiments, analyze results, and implement engineering improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects that reduce scrap, rejects, downtime, and costs.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and training for new and improved processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, Maintenance, Production, and other departments to bring projects to life.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 3+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience analyzing manufacturing equipment, processes, and materials.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality tools such as SPC, 5S, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and DOE.
• Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, printing, paper equipment, or similar manufacturing processes is a plus.
