Shipping Coordinator

Featuring complete aircraft nose-to-tail, value-added offerings, including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, Internally developed aircraft and component modifications (engineered solutions) designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics (e.g. AerSale®, AerTrak® and AerAware).Job Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Forklift operator and hoisting aviation shipments.Receives items, pre-inspects condition of parts and trace before routing to stock.Instructs and coordinates shipping clerk to pack and ship items.Coordinates with shipping companies for pick up, verification of bill of lading, shipping location, invoice, and general records.Ensure containers are secured for shipment.Coordinates with the Stockroom Manager with the Shipping and Receiving workflow priorities.Maintains records of incoming and outgoing pictures of components to validate proper workmanship.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Skills and Abilities:Must be able to read, speak and write English.
