Territory: Northern New Jersey
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Base + Commission

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative / Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for growing our client base throughout Northern New Jersey . You'll identify new business opportunities, develop lasting client relationships, and work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to deliver staffing solutions that help businesses succeed.

This is an outside sales role offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission for professionals who are motivated by results and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, prospecting, and client visits.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients throughout Northern New Jersey.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to business decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with recruiting and branch operations to ensure exceptional client service and successful placements.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management.
• Staffing industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout Northern New Jersey.
