Ready to build quality, batch by batch? Temple, TX

Compensation: $19.48 per hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

Shift: Second Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:15 pm

Imagine this

A customer order is due tomorrow. Your batch hits spec on color but needs a viscosity tweak. You adjust, retest, document, and release — safely, accurately, and on time. That’s the kind of hands-on problem solving you’ll do here.

In this role, you will

• Champion safety by following every rule, process, and procedure.
• Keep meticulous records along with required certifications and permits.
• Operate mixers and fillers to produce and package paint batches.
• Execute quality inspections, audits, and tests to protect standards.
• Support EHS compliance and pitch in across the plant as needed.

Bring your strengths

• Age 18 or older.
• Manufacturing machinery experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude welcomed.
• Lift 50 lbs regularly; lift up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Follow detailed instructions and log your progress clearly.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Be a dependable teammate who owns their work area.

• Material Handler Experience
• Heavy Material Handling
• Forklift Licensed
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
