Summary PT closing Administrative Assistant. 24 hours per week. (2:00 - 6:30 Monday through Friday) Answering phones, maintaining staff/child ratios, minor parent interaction, implementing/maintaining/following up on cleaning in preparation for closing of the building each evening. Position immediately available. MUST have prior daycare experience to be considered! Duties Answer phones and take messages as needed Maintain child/staff ratios at ALL times Implementing/maintaining and following up on cleaning duties of ALL staff in preparation for closing the building each evening Locking the facility each night Requirements Prior daycare experience is a must! Dependable Team player Knowledgeable of all computer systems (Word, Excel etc) Articulate
