Forklift Operator

Forklift OperatorWe're seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely moving inventory, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse activities.Responsibilities:Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.Move, store, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory.Perform equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Support general warehouse operations as needed.Qualifications:Previous forklift experience preferred.Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or GED preferred.Physical Requirements:Stand and walk for extended periods.Lift and move up to 40 pounds.Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and climb.Safely operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift.Work Environment:Fast-paced warehouse setting.Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse noise.Regular interaction with equipment, inventory, and team members.What We're Looking For:A safety-minded team player who takes pride in accuracy, reliability, and helping keep warehouse operations running efficiently.EEO STATEMENT Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected category.
